Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

 Estimated Delivery Time
• Inside Tamil Nadu: 1–7 days depending on your location.
• Outside Tamil Nadu: 5–10 days depending on the delivery region.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.

 Please note that tracking numbers are generated by the courier service, not by us. Once the tracking number is received and attached to your order, you will automatically receive the update via WhatsApp and email (if you have subscribed to shipping notifications).
If your order status is showing "Processing" or "Order Being Prepared", please don't worry. In many cases, the parcel has already been shipped and we are only waiting for the courier partner to provide the tracking details.
